Graphic Design Specialist
The Opportunity
Produce graphic designs using a variety of techniques and software for both print and electronic communications, including promotions, advertisements, and instructional materials, distributed through a variety of media outlets. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees.

You Have:

2+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word

Experience facilitating client‑facing discussions to interpret workforce messaging, display data visually, and conceptualize analytic ideas

Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including visual solutions for complex challenges

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver design outcomes that align with mission‑focused goals

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience supporting senior‑level or executive staff with tailored graphic design solutions

Experience with design tools such as Premiere Pro, XD, and MAPublisher

Experience working within the government or defense sectors

Ability to set expectations, define project timelines, and deliver quality products with minimal supervision or oversight

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment

Compensation
Salary range: $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
