Head of HR (Remote)

Supporting federal workforce planning and staffing, the full-time Human Resources Manager will coordinate hiring actions, manage position descriptions, and improve workforce processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate participation in hiring events and manage division-wide hiring actions, including job announcements and status monitoring

Conduct human capital data validation and prepare hiring-related metrics and reports for leadership decision-making

Oversee the onboarding lifecycle for new employees, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and enhancing the new employee experience

Required qualifications

BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in coordinating hiring events and personnel planning within a federal or similar environment

Proficiency in managing and tracking hiring actions and onboarding processes

Ability to conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports

Knowledge of federal performance management policies and compliance requirements
