Full Time Optometrist needed ASAP
MedMatch
One of our clients, an ophthalmology practice, is looking for an Optometrist to join their team.
Workdays: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Benefits: 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance.
Sterling Heights/Troy, MI (On-Site).
Start: As soon as possible.
The Optometrist will examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders that affect vision, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and glaucoma.
Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, and other treatments for visual conditions.
Educate and counsel patients on eye health, hygiene, and safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Keep up to date with the latest developments and research in optometry.
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
Valid license to practice optometry in Michigan.
Certification by the American Board of Optometry or the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (optional).
