Payroll/HR Generalist/Manufacturing

HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Services department supporting multiple factory locations. Provide administrative support to multiple factories, including data entry and personnel records management.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal HR and payroll regulations.

Support training coordination and document knowledge sharing across the team.

Respond to routine HR inquiries and serve as a liaison with HR Centers of Excellence.

High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ years in Human Resources preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Power Platform (preferred).

Engage in meaningful work supporting organizational HR functions.
