Role Description - What Awaits You

Conduct standard and intricate clinical laboratory tests in various areas including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established guidelines.
Examine results to ensure precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
Assist in obtaining specimens and prepare samples for further analysis as necessary.
Meticulously document all laboratory activities, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards within the lab.
Ensure a hygienic and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Education Expectations
~ A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements
ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of beginning employment.
Retain current certification throughout the duration of employment.

Able to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in fast-paced or high-pressure scenarios.
