Description

Conduct patient assessments across both inpatient and outpatient environments, formulating personalized rehabilitation plans
Deliver hands-on physical therapy solutions that enhance mobility, improve strength, balance, and restore overall function
Engage in teamwork with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes
Guide patients and their families through the therapeutic process, including education on goals, discharge plans, and necessary home exercises
Maintain precise documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress, adhering to both facility and regulatory frameworks
Take part in interdisciplinary meetings and care rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution

Certifications
State license as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
Additional specialization certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory

Previous clinical experience is highly desirable
