Operations Director
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Director (OD) to lead the overall operations, growth, and performance of one of our locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and knows how to balance people, performance, growth, and operational excellence .
As the Operations Director, youll serve as the leader of your branch, partnering closely with clinical, operational, recruiting, and business development teams to ensure we deliver exceptional care while meeting growth and financial goals.
Establish goals, monitor performance, and complete timely performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand patient services.
Partner with business development and referral sources to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor the referral pipeline and address barriers that could delay patient care.
Develop trusted relationships with patients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and community partners.
Follow up on satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities to improve the patient and caregiver experience.
Serve as an advocate and trusted leader for your branch team.
Own Operational & Financial Performance

Monitor branch performance, staffing, productivity, revenue, billing, collections, and expenses.
Review financial statements and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and strengthen branch performance.
Maintain Quality & Compliance

Ensure the branch operates in accordance with company policies, payor requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Partner with clinical leadership to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Monitor key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Promote a culture centered on accountability, compliance, service excellence, and quality patient care.
Associate degree or equivalent related work experience required.

• 23 years of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelors degree.

Healthcare leadership or operations experience.
Ability to travel as needed.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
