Job Summary
Per Diem, Nights

Assists professional nursing staff and physicians with the provision of emergency treatment to patients of all ages at West Boca Medical Center and off site at West Boca Emergency Center. Documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Qualifications
Education Minimum: High School or GED Equivalent. Must have completed Paramedic course.

Experience: One (1) year in hospital or nursing home setting preferred. Phlebotomy and EKG experience preferred. Excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills.

Required Certification/Licensure/Registration: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS. State of Florida Paramedic License. Healthy Interventions required within three (3) months of hire.

Organization Description
West Boca Medical Center (WBMC) is part of the Palm Beach Health Network and has been serving southern Palm Beach and northern Broward counties for over 37 years. WBMC offers general medical and surgical care, orthopedics, a robotic surgery program, a state‑of‑the‑art breast imaging center, women's and children's services and the only level III NICU in southern Palm Beach County. Its two emergency centers, one at the main hospital and the other in Coconut Creek, are open 24‑hours a day. Join our team!
