Bartender
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience through great drinks, friendly service, and genuine hospitality. You'll craft high-quality beverages, engage with guests in a fun and energetic atmosphere, and help keep the bar running smoothly and efficiently. We will treat every customer like a beloved family member or friend and find a way to say "yes" to our customers. It's important that we engage with every customer that enters our store, and follow the 10/4 rule. At the end of any interaction with a customer, we will offer a sincere "Thank you for your business!"

Nimbleness: Provide great solutions for our customers by exploring all possibilities and welcoming change. We will be quick to respond to our customers and use "Red Truck Service" when additional assistance is needed.
Work Experience
Prepare and serve beer, wine, and craft cocktails according to recipes and guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, and other bar essentials throughout shifts.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Work collaboratively with food runners, servers, and other team members to ensure timely service.
Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
Contribute to creating a fun, energetic, and inclusive guest experience in the restaurant.
Other tasks that contribute to the overall efficient operation of the restaurant and store.
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
