Salesperson - Inside-Sales

A forward-thinking company is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in problem-solving, excels at building strong customer relationships, and is skilled in identifying new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. Responsibilities and Duties

Assist the Inside Sales Manager with ongoing sales and operational initiatives.

Develop and maintain knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

Understand customer needs and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Provide accurate and up-to-date knowledge on services and pricing to answer client inquiries.

Prepare proposals and demonstrate proficiency in using computers, phones, business software (email, word processing, spreadsheets, CRM, etc.), and other tools.

Utilize CRM systems for record-keeping, running sales reports, and lead management.

Conduct customer follow-ups via email, CRM platforms, and other channels to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Coordinate job details, such as scheduling supplies delivery and equipment, with dispatch and field operations.

Close new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.

Research and qualify potential leads to generate new business.

Collaborate with the outside sales team on overlapping accounts.

Act as a liaison for the administration, assisting with new assignment entry during peak times.

Support the outside sales team with data entry, lead organization, and other administrative tasks.

Build and foster new client relationships while maintaining positive, long-term customer interactions.

Maintain and update the Monthly Inside Sales Tracking Report.

Help develop effective sales scripts and language for client interactions.

Attend weekly sales meetings for performance updates and goal setting.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, account management, marketing, or sales roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to manage and strengthen client relations.
• Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable with multitasking and supporting various teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships and manage client interactions effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze sales opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships .
