Full or Part Time Line Cooks
OHSO Brewery+Distillery
Line cooks are responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking in accordance with our standards and recipes. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service (e.g., Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Clean up station and handle leftover food.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure food is served simultaneously, in high quality and on time.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
OHSO Brewery is a casual, service‑driven restaurant + brewery that serves high‑quality spirits, beer, and food. We work in a fast‑paced team environment with a focus on hospitality and community. Our dog‑friendly locations across the valley offer unique brewing, distilling, and dining experiences.
Food Handler Certification.
Cost‑shared medical, vision, and dental insurance (full‑time equivalent only after 12‑month probationary period).
