With offices in Spokane, the Tri-Cities (Kennewick), and Seattle, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality estate planning and elder law services for over 20 years.

The Opportunity Lead sophisticated estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families

Help establish and grow a litigation practice area within the firm, particularly related to probate, trust, and estate disputes

Opportunity for future partnership/ownership as part of the firm’s long-term succession planning.

Advise clients on trust administration, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, and wealth preservation strategies

Mentor junior attorneys and support team development

What We’re Looking For 7+ years practicing law

5+ years focused on Estate Planning and Trust Administration

Strong drafting and client relationship management skills

Experience with complex estate structures and taxable estates preferred

Additional experience in Probate Litigation, TEDRA matters, Elder Law, Business Law, or Real Estate Law is highly valued.

Interested in helping shape the future of a respected practice

Entrepreneurial-minded and excited about helping build a new practice area within an established firm
