Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Charleston, WV, providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Experience with OASIS visits and home health documentation preferred.

Home health experience preferred.

Facility Type: Home Health.

Shift Name: Days.

Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00.

Mileage reimbursement between visits from first patient to last patient: Yes.
