The Project Manager, PranaSleep leads cross-functional initiatives that support research and development, new product launches, and strategic business projects. This role also oversees the onboarding of new retail and direct-to-consumer accounts, facilitates key operational meetings, and ensures projects remain on schedule by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and driving accountability across PranaSleep and City Mattress.

Research & Product Development

Manage R&D and new product development projects from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.

Assign, track, and follow up on tasks with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and Operations.

Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain partners to align product design with operational and manufacturing capabilities.

Use customer insights and market data to help guide innovation and product enhancement projects.

Coordinate product testing, sampling, vendor trials, and manufacturing readiness.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for R&D and product development processes.

Own onboarding for all new retail and DTC client accounts, engaging at the appropriate point.

Build and manage onboarding project timelines and readiness checklists, coordinating requirements across Sales, Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance.

Coordinate account setup across ordering platforms (OHM, EDI, PPO), ERP, and inventory systems, including SKU, UPC, pricing, and product data setup, and validate system readiness before first shipment.

Project & Meeting Management

Own agenda-setting, meeting cadence, and follow-up for key weekly and monthly PranaSleep meetings, ensuring action items are documented and tracked to completion.

Develop and present project status reports and updates to senior leadership on key findings and recommendations.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (Asana).

Lead or support other projects as assigned by leadership.

3+ years of experience in project management, product development, retail account onboarding, or R&D coordination; PMP certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Operationally sound background with understanding of process mapping and project lifecycle management.

ERP and EDI experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, accounts, and stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams & Excel required).

Ability to work on-site at the PranaSleep factory in Bonita Springs, FL.

Periodic travel required.
