We strive to find high-quality, creative solutions with a fierce spirit of independence as we grow. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cook / Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality food. This role is responsible for preparing pizzas and supporting general kitchen operations while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed of service.

Stretch dough, top pizzas accurately, and operate pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, or wood-fired, if applicable)

Assist with general line cooking, prep work, and station setup

Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards

Ensure consistency in product quality, portioning, and presentation

Keep station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service

Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff during service

Assist with receiving, labeling, and rotating inventory (FIFO)

Follow all health department and company policies

Previous experience as a cook or pizza cook preferred

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Food handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to stand for 6-8 hours per shift

Ability to travel up and down stairs multiple times during the shift
