RN FULL, PART TIME, OR PRN (DAY SHIFT)

Registered Nurse (RN) – Vascular – PRN (Days Shifts, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.) Job Type: PRN. Schedule: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., two shifts every two weeks, at least one weekend shift.

At North Alabama Medical Center, we support a diverse workforce committed to quality care. As an RN in our Vascular Unit, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care for patients with complex vascular and circulatory conditions.

Responsibilities:

Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.

Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.

Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.

Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.

Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications:

Current Alabama or compact state RN license.

Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred).

Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within six months of hire.

Two to three years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
