Head of Business Operations - Remote

Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills-ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We are looking for a Director of Operations to support and scale critical operational areas at Campus. In the next year, your primary focus will be Financial Aid and the operational processes that support the student financial experience, ensuring the team has the right systems, processes, and reporting in place to run smoothly. Reporting to the COO, you'll work closely with Financial Aid leaders and cross-functional partners to optimize day-to-day operations, solve bottlenecks, and design scalable processes that improve both the student and staff experience.
Partner with Financial Aid leaders and key stakeholders to keep critical student-facing operations running smoothly.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO on operational risks, opportunities, and resource planning.
Support critical processes such as aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and payment plans - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Improve workflows and design scalable processes that increase efficiency and quality.
Create and maintain SOPs that keep cross-functional teams (Admissions, Registrar, Student Success, Financial Aid, Product, etc.) Partner with Product/Eng to roll out tech solutions that streamline operations and improve the student experience.
Establish performance metrics and dashboards to monitor progress, identify issues early, and continuously improve service.
Flex into new operational areas over time as Campus continues to scale.
8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with a track record of improving or building processes in complex organizations.

• Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing technology-driven process improvements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; A compensation package that includes a base salary $140,000 - $170,000 + equity grant

For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
