Automotive Service Receptionist / Customer Service

The Receptionist is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks for both the Sales & Service Departments.

Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting
Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner
Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing for both sales and service departments
Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required for both sales and service departments
Follows company safety procedures and policies
Job Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; Previous Front Desk experience
Able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
Demonstrate sufficient computer literacy
Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
