We are seeking someone who will bring their experience, energy, passionto serve, and terrific communication skills to help us continue to build one of the leading Site Development companies in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, Recruiting/New Hire processing, benefits administration, and have experience in the construction industry. This position has direct contact with all current employees as well as potential employees so applicants should be patient, understanding, enthusiastic, and motivated to help others. Responsible for tracking applications in Viewpoint.
Responsible for utilizing recruitment tools/tactics to find and select qualified candidates.
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit and enrollment information to employees. Helps oversee annual open enrollment.
Maintains affirmative action and Veterans data files in Viewpoint to conform to such regulations. Tracks and monitors all leaves of absences to include disability and FMLA.
Performs new hire background checks.
Processes employment correspondence as needed to include unemployment claims and employee requests for information.
T. drug/alcohol testing program.
Position requires a BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position may be substituted for education.
grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information.

Work is performed indoors and outdoors with some potential for exposure to
safety and health hazards related site excavation/utility work. May periodically travel to company
