Southern National Roofing is growing fast, and we are hiring recruiters to help us find our next wave of sales talent.This is a high volume phone job. No recruiting experience needed. What matters is energy, hustle, and showing up ready to help people take the next step in their journey with Southern National.What you'll do:Call pre-screened applicants to schedule interviewsKeep your pipeline full and movingHit daily and weekly volume goalsFollow a proven, step by step processWhat we're looking for:Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to dialCompetitive and motivated by goalsReliable, organized, coachableReady to work in-office, full-timeExperience is a plus but not requiredWhat's in it for you:Base salary $36,000 to $43,000 plus commissions and bonusesWeekly and monthly contests with cash and prizesClear path to advancementMedical, dental, vision, and 401KPaid time offWe promote from within.
