Recruiting Coordinator (CR/511737) Charlotte, North Carolina Salary: USD22 - USD22 per hour
A financial services organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC. This position focuses on interview coordination, candidate communication, and supporting a high-volume recruiting environment.
About the Opportunity:
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple roles and departments
Manage a high volume of interviews, including virtual and onsite meetings
Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to maintain a smooth interview process
Use calendars, email, Microsoft Teams, and an applicant tracking system to manage scheduling and candidate logistics
Support candidate screening, documentation, reporting, and other recruiting coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with applicant tracking systems or interview scheduling platforms
Experience with Avature, Workday Recruiting, or Paradox
Experience supporting executive-level or senior leader interviews
Familiarity with on-demand video interviews and phone screening support
