The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including benefits and leave, training on company policies and HR procedures, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Assists in the implementation and creation of employee recognition programs.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Build trusted partnerships with team members through consultative and collaborative efforts.
Guide management in the application and interpretation of policies and procedures.
Support, facilitate, and create a broad array of HR initiatives including the implementation of programs and processes.
Support the HRBP with the Company's learning and development (L&D) program. Including but not limited to the creation, facilitation, and tracking of L&D programs
Support the HR Manager in team member career planning to encourage employee satisfaction and retention.

Work is performed in an office environment. This position requires to travel to other office locations and jobsites
Reporting Structure:

Reports to - (Human Resources Manager
Department - (Human Resources)
Bilingual in English and other languages preferred.
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS and benefits database.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Required to have visual acuity with or without correction in order to read contract documents, analyze data, view a computer monitor, and proof-read documents to identify errors.
Required to use fingers and hands: type using a computer keyboard, handle, feel, and reach.
