Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.

Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing or have compact license privilege to practice in Wisconsin.

We are seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Physical Therapist to work Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-5:30pm. Provides physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients, patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
