HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

Insight Global is looking for an HR Generalist for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that will sit hybrid in Houston, TX. The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and contributes to the effective delivery of HR programs and services across the North America region. This role partners with leadership and employees to support key HR functions including employee relations, HRIS administration, benefits administration, immigration documentation support, and onboarding/offboarding processes. The HR Generalist ensures HR practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with organizational policies and objectives. Occasional participation in employee events, meetings, and training sessions may be required.

2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

Immigration support experience (H1B, F1, EAD, etc.)

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar; SHRM-CP, PHR or other HR certifications (preferred)

Ability to work with international stakeholders in multiple time zones

SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferred)
