CNA -NURSING CARE

Overview Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California on a part-time, hourly basis. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to our senior clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.

Base pay range $20.50/hr - $20.50/hr

Responsibilities Provide personalized care and assistance to senior clients in their homes, following their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and comfort

Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Administer medications and assist with medical equipment as needed

Monitor and report on clients' physical and mental status

Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activities

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care services provided

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications Valid CNA certification and active on the state registry

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care setting

Ability to lift and transfer clients, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
