MEDSURG REGISTERED NURSE FULLTIME NIGHTS

Registered Nurse - Night Shift
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. This position requires candidates to utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in compliance with nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care.
Document patient care according to standards.
Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the physician and hospital policy.
Participate in department performance improvement activities.
Provide clinical expertise to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current Wisconsin RN license.
Education verification.
Current NIHSS certification.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Schedule
Full-time night shift, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
