Veterinary Receptionist - Weekends (Part time or Full time)

Urban Pet Hospital is looking to fill multiple positions as a receptionist. Experience is required. We are looking to hire long-term positions only. An outstanding Veterinary Receptionist will provide comfort to human and animal clients when in distress. You should ensure that our office remains presentable at all times.

Responsibilities

Avimark software.

Multiple phone lines.

Emails, follow-up calls, and scanning duties.

Downloading requisitions.

Downloading and attaching medical records, rad reports, etc.

The ability to multitask is a must!

Flexible schedule.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Does well under pressure.

Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent organization skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Personable, empathic disposition.

Capacity to work well during distressing situations.

Ability to work shifts on weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.

We are open 7 days a week 8:00 am-8:00 pm. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Medical benefits are offered for full-time employees.
