Job Description Job Title: Building Lead Custodian - 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Building Lead Custodian to oversee operations at a premier, high-profile facility in Green Bay. This is a critical working-lead position where you will be hands-on with daily cleaning duties while directing and coordinating the work of a small team to ensure our "Elite Service" standards are met every night.
Leadership & Supervision
Direct daily work by assigning and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
Provide hands-on training and coaching on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure the facility meets our highest standards.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent professional relations.
Custodial & Maintenance
Perform comprehensive cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Manage and track supply inventory; Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).
Ensure the facility is properly secured at the end of the shift, including locking doors and setting alarms.

2+ years of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.

Strong working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, methods, and industrial equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.
Ability to perform physical requirements, including standing/walking for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
