Your Impact As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. You’ll act as a talent advisor, not an order-taker—shaping role profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and building pipelines that scale with the business. You’ll partner with driven sales leaders, operate with urgency and accountability, and help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across our sales organization. Recruiting here is a team sport, but ownership matters—and you’ll have plenty of it.

Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.

Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.

Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.

Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results.

Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.

Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.

Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented.

Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process.

What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
