RTO and start date must be confirmed and accurate at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved. Candidate must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Required certifications must be included based on the job/unit description. AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted. RQI cards are not accepted. Illinois license must be active and in hand at time of submission unless otherwise noted in the job description. Background check findings must be disclosed at submission for client review and approval. Submission Rules : References may be pending at time of submission. Previous permanent or PRN employees must be separated from the facility for at least 12 months before returning as a traveler.
