A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified at the time of application.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
