Bartender- nights and weekends

Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean bar environment. This role requires knowledge of drink recipes, excellent customer service, and multitasking in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, take drink orders, and make beverage recommendations.
Mix and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
Create and suggest new cocktail recipes and drink specials.
Check identification for legal alcohol service compliance.
Maintain inventory and order bar supplies.
Process transactions accurately and maintain the cash register.
Keep the bar area clean and sanitized.
Follow food safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have valid TABC certification
Must have valid food handler's card
Meets minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
Prior bartending experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and tools.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
