Escrow Closer (Full Time)

One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of escrow procedures, title processing, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.
Job Title: Escrow Officer
Key Responsibilities Manage residential escrow transactions from initiation through closing.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and escrow procedures.
Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, closing disclosures, title commitments, and related closing documents.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal teams to facilitate successful closings.
Research property titles and resolve title-related issues or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
Qualification 3-20 years as an Escrow Officer, with existing book of business
Excellent typing skills with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry.
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
