Material Handler/Warehouse/Inventory* NIGHT SHIFT*

We are seeking a versatile Material Handler to join our team, who will not only handle traditional warehousing duties but also assist in customer servicing, parts delivery, and raw material handling. As a Material Handler you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of Stores while ensuring exceptional service to our customers.
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of parts and raw materials.
Verify incoming goods documentation and ensure accurate inventory management.
Organize inventory and maintain a tidy warehouse space.
Prepare orders for shipment, including parts delivery and coordination of shipping activities.
Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and process orders.
Handle raw materials safely and in accordance with Microchip Policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regualr inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
D-shift (night shift)
Wednesday - Friday & every other Saturday
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexible availability, including days and weekends, may be required.

Monday - Friday 8 hours/day; It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature. The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $19.00 - $27.00.*
