Role ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing needs and ensure vehicles meet CarMaxs quality standards.Perform expert detailing services, including paint retouching, waxing, buffing, and interior cleaning, to restore vehicles to CarMax quality standards.Repair and replace small parts and components to maintain full functionality and aesthetic appeal.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience in automotive detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, sanding, masking, and minor repairs.Familiarity with paint application and finishing techniques for superior results.About CarMaxAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.
