Compassionate Caregiver Wanted for 2nd Shift CNA Position

Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids IA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on the 2nd shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, on a full-time basis. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents while promoting their independence and well-being.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents

Active CNA certification in the state of Iowa

Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
