As a Settlement Attorney, you will manage residential settlements for assigned office(s), client acquisition and retention, conducting real estate settlements, and advising/providing support to assigned or centralized employees.

Managing client accounts and complying with federal, state, and local employment regulations and settlement guidelines will be integral to your responsibilities. Your efforts will contribute to achieving targeted financial results. Additionally, you will ensure the proper execution of company policies, procedures, and programs while collaborating with the Corporate Office on operational and underwriting functions.

To excel in this position, you must exhibit a strong willingness to collaborate with managers, staff. You will monitor the effectiveness of communication and processes throughout the lifecycle of files, always striving to provide the highest level of customer service possible. This role entails frequent travel within the MBH footprint.
