MARKETING MANAGER

PATIENT-FACING DTC MARKETING

* Own and execute DTC marketing strategy for RxLocal — driving patient app
awareness, download, activation, and retention across digital and

* Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, case studies, and thought

* Build RxLocal's positioning and messaging for pharmaceutical manufacturer
audiences — including brand teams, patient services leads, and market access
Create co-branded marketing programs and campaign assets for pharma
advertisers running copay, adherence, or patient support programs through
Partner with the pharma sales team on account-based marketing (ABM)
strategies targeting priority pharma brands, including programmatic
advertising and LinkedIn campaigns

Define and track KPIs for all DTC and B2B marketing programs — patient
acquisition cost, activation rate, retention, and pharma advertiser pipeline
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning
opportunities against comparable patient app and hub vendor platforms
* Work with the product team to ensure app feature launches are supported by

EDUCATION/TRAINING

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field required.
* Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

* 5+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful DTC or
patient/consumer-facing marketing experience in healthcare, digital health,
Demonstrated experience building and executing patient acquisition or
consumer engagement campaigns across digital channels (paid social, SEM,
programmatic, CRM/email/SMS)
