Human Resources Recruiter-Remote Temp

This is a temporary 4-6 week contract role available for a skilled recruiter. The position is fully remote, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Recruit for various skillsets including machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, shipping personnel, customer service representatives, and scale operators.

Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers.

Communicate effectively with both leadership and hiring managers.

Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal ATS.

Experience in recruiting and hiring.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Full cycle recruiting experience.

Proven ability to quickly turn around requisitions with successful hires.

Previous experience in recruiting for light industrial skillsets.

This role is 100% remote, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
