Paraeducator - Early Childhood Education Preschool

About Head Start of Yamhill County
We are committed to being a successful learning community, which includes: a partnership with parents and their children; a celebration of diversity; In 2018 HSYC was awarded a five-year grant to continue offering program services. Goal #1 : HSYC implements Conscious Discipline to support the social emotional needs/self-regulation of the HSYC community.
Goal #2 : All children, regardless of family situation, will have strong attendance that will carryover after HSYC participation.
Goal #3 : HSYC will be known for providing high quality, comprehensive services for school and life readiness through a unique two-generation approach.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to work towards a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Experience working with children in a preschool setting
