Contractor Recruiter - Make an Impact on Youth!
Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services operates a secure youth residential treatment program for males aged 12 to 20, and we're seeking a Contractor Recruiter to join our team for a term of up to six months. Located in Highland Park, MI, this is an exciting chance to play a crucial role in building the foundation of a program dedicated to helping young men succeed.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to extending offers, for a variety of critical positions, including:
Facility Managers
Work closely with Spectrum's Human Resources team to meet staffing requirements in time for the opening of our secure residential youth program.
Help select high-quality entry-level and professional team members.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a social services, healthcare, or non-profit setting.
A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
