Mayco International is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our Shelby Township manufacturing location. This is a hands-on HR role with strong opportunity for professional growth and development , ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, partnering with leaders, and supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations while gaining exposure to multiple HR disciplines and contributing to fostering a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns
Support employee relations, policy adherence, recognition programs, training, and development
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
Track training records and partner with managers to ensure training compliance
Assist with planning and coordinating company events and employee engagement initiatives
Support safety initiatives including training, accident investigations, and incentive programs
Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
