This is a full-time, position supporting a leading Oil and Gas company. Candidates will need to work in hybrid capacity reporting on client site 2-3x weekly.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance.

Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions.

Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Skills & Requirements Experience recruiting in the Oil and Gas industry

Utilize Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media sourcing techniques

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.

Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.

Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and recruitment data.
