Senior Recruiter: Build Pipelines & Drive Hiring Success

Elementia Materiales is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Houston to lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple business units, owning sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding handoffs. You will build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs. You will analyze recruiting metrics, manage third-party vendors, and coordinate onboarding with HR Ops to ensure timely start dates.
