This is a high-impact role where your leadership and vision will directly influence the company's performance and client satisfaction.What You'll DoDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service deliveryLead process improvement initiatives across underwriting, claims, customer service, and other operational areasDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational successCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practicesDrive continuous improvement culture through coaching, training, and change managementPresent operational insights and recommendations to executive leadershipWhat We're Looking For7-12+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or business excellenceProven success leading cross-functional operational initiatives in insurance, financial services, or related industriesStrong analytical skills, process optimization expertise, and project management experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks is highly desirableAbility to drive change and influence senior leadershipWhat We OfferBase Salary: $160,000Total Compensation (OTE): $180,000 - $210,000+ (includes performance-based bonus)Sign-On Bonus: Competitive sign-on bonus availableOpportunity to lead transformative initiatives impacting company-wide operationsCareer growth into executive operational leadership rolesSupportive, collaborative company cultureComprehensive benefits and work-life balance
