Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Maintain meticulous documentation, mentor newcomers, and reinforce lab quality protocols.
Keep a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
