Litigation Attorney at Berenzweig Leonard, LLP
Berenzweig Leonard, LLP is seeking a junior litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Tysons Corner, VA office. The role focuses on employment defense, restrictive covenant litigation, and business litigation, with opportunities for cross-practice collaboration in government contracts, intellectual property, and corporate law.
Key Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2-4 years in civil litigation.
Licensure: Current member of the Virginia bar in good standing (no discipline history).
Preferred: Prior judicial clerkship experience.
Skills: Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Support the firm’s employment and business law practice.
Engage in employment defense, restrictive covenant, and business litigation.
Provide employment and business counseling and transactional support.
Collaborate across firm practice areas including government contracts and IP.
Stipend & Compensation
Base Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 (commensurate with experience). The firm offers a competitive benefits package and partial remote work flexibility.
