We are currently seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to join our growing team. The Senior Chemist Performs advanced analytical testing of dietary supplement, cosmetic, personal care, and related products using established and emerging analytical methodologies. Responsible for generating, interpreting, and reviewing analytical data; and serving as a technical resource within the laboratory. Ensures compliance with quality, accreditation, and regulatory requirements while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform complex analytical testing using techniques including HPLC, GC, LC/MS, GC/MS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES,
UV-Vis, FTIR, titration, gravimetric analysis, and other approved methodologies.
- Prepare samples, standards, reagents, calibration solutions, and quality control materials in accordance with
Review, interpret, and evaluate analytical data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality
analysis, and corrective actions.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, qualify, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ
Participate in proficiency testing and quality assurance activities required by ISO 17025 and other accreditation
Maintain analytical records, instrument logs, calibration records, and quality documentation in accordance with
regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Assist in the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of analytical methods and laboratory
Draft, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical
Serve as a technical resource for laboratory personnel and provide guidance on analytical methodologies,
Train and mentor laboratory personnel on laboratory techniques, instrumentation, quality systems, and
laboratory procedures.

• Cross-train across multiple laboratory functions and provide operational support as needed.
• Assist laboratory leadership with workflow coordination, technical problem solving, and departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with Quality, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to support

Plan and prioritize workload to meet established turnaround times, customer expectations, and business
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline required.

• Minimum five years of analytical laboratory experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation, and laboratory methodologies.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and ISO 17025 requirements
• Experience training or mentoring laboratory personnel preferred.
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems, chromatography software, and data acquisition system

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate laboratory instruments, computers, and testing equipment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform laboratory activities for extended periods.
• Exposure to laboratory chemicals, solvents, reagents, and analytical instrumentation.
• Work environment may include varying temperatures, laboratory noise, and fast-paced analytical workflow
