Corporate Law Attorney

We know that professional success depends on personal wellbeing. This role serves as counsel to various business partners of the Enterprise with a heavy focus on transactional work. The Corporate Counsel will assist with negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and supporting to maintain Enterprise operations compliant with applicable laws.

Primarily draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply agreements, sales contracts, licensing agreements, sale and purchase agreements, consulting agreements, leases and other commercial agreements.

Develop, implement, and refine contract templates as needed.

Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations, providing legal interpretations, and assisting in the drafting of policies and procedures.

Provide practical guidance to various business units regarding the legal risks associated with certain activities or initiatives.

Assist in managing small scale litigation matters which may include preparation of responses and negotiation of settlements.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Minimum 5 years of legal experience as a transactional attorney.

Law firm experience is a plus.

Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.

Ability to travel.

Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to come into the office a minimum of three full days a week.

Warehouse environment when traveling in field (temperature fluctuations).
