Drivers / General Labor - Start Immediately

Aerotek is hiring for Construction Laborers in Elizabeth, PA
Paying up to $22/hr - WEEKLY Pay!
Performing general construction labor on active job sites
Assisting with site preparation, grading support, and material handling
Shoveling, raking, and moving dirt, aggregate, and other materials
Loading, unloading, and staging tools, equipment, and supplies
Supporting equipment operators and crews with spotting and site assistance
Participating in on-the-job training to learn dump truck operations and safe driving practices
Traveling to project sites and working extended shifts as needed
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and overtime as needed
Interest in learning dump truck operations and building a career in construction
Safety-focused mindset and ability to work around heavy equipment
Previous construction, landscaping, farming, mining, oil & gas, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract position based out of Washington, PA.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
